Processing Time

This service has a separate processing time from physical orders. While your physical order is processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Thursday), video edits make take an additional 2-4 business days to complete. This is because each video is individually filmed and edited to create a unique, aesthetic packaging experience.

Please note: During holidays, sales, or high order volume periods, video delivery times may be slightly longer.
