Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addressed

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your packages arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
