A: Yes! We specialize in custom handmade press-on nails inspires by your ideas, aesthetics, colors and themes. You can send inspiration photos, color palettes, or detailed design requests through the custom order form.
Q: Can I request anime or game inspired nail sets?
A: Yes! We love creating anime, gaming, fantasy, gothic, and themed custom nail sets. Feel free to send inspiration photos, characters, color palettes, aesthetics, or specific ideas when placing your Custom Handmade Press-On Nail Order.
Q: Do you sell pre-made nail sets?
A: We currently offer custom sets and pre-made designs. All pre-made designs are made to order and carefully created with your nail size to ensure a perfect fit.
Q: Can I make changes after placing my order?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once processing has started, changes may not be possible.
Q: Will my nails look exactly like the inspiration photo?
A: Inspiration photos are used as reference for the overall style, theme, colors, and aesthetic of your set. We do not directly copy or recreate other artist's designs. Instead, we create original handmade sets inspired by your references using our own artistic style and techniques.
Sizing
Q: How do I know my nail sizes?
A: We highly recommend ordering a Sizing Kit before purchasing a nail set. This helps ensure the best fit possible. Or you can size your nails in mm and choose one of our standard sizes
Q: Can I use measuring tape instead of a Sizing Kit?
A: Yes! We offer standard sizes as well as custom sizes. If you use a measuring tape please make sure that you use the millimeter sizes.
Q: What happens if I order the wrong size?
A: Customers are responsible for submitting the correct nail sizes. We are not responsible for sizing issues if incorrect sizes are provided.
Q: Do I need a new Sizing Kit for different nail shapes?
A: Yes. Different shapes and lengths can fit differently depending on the style.

Q: How long does processing take?
A: Processing times vary depending on order volume and design complexity. Currently processing times are listed on the product page.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Q: How long does shipping take after my order is completed?
A: Shipping times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and carrier delays.
Q: My package says delivered but I can't find it.
A: Once packages are shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen mail. Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier for assistance.

A: Wear time depends on application method and daily activities. With proper prep and application, sets can last anywhere from a few days to over 2 weeks.
Q: Are press-on nails reusable?
A: Yes! Many sets can be reused if removed carefully and cleaned properly after wear.
Q: Do orders come with an application kit?
A: Yes! All handmade press-on nail set orders include one free Nail Care Prep Kit.
Q: How do I apply my press-on nails?
A: Application instructions are included with your order. Proper prep is important for the best wear and retention.
Returns, Refunds & Issues
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. For hygiene and sanitary reasons, all sales are final once shipped.
Q: What if there's an issue with my order?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your order. Include clear photos and your order number when reaching out.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders may only be canceled within a limited timeframe after purchase. Once production begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.
